Cooperationformat

Cooperation is built on carrying out pilot melts and evaluating the material's process parameters under the conditions of an operating production line.

  1. STEP 01

    We supply the material

    Delivery of a recarburizer batch in an agreed volume for testing. The material is supplied with a quality passport.

  2. STEP 02

    Pilot melts are carried out

    Tests are conducted under the plant's standard process regime without changing the existing melt workflow.

  3. STEP 03

    Analysis of the results

    Based on the melts, the process indicators are jointly evaluated and a decision is made on further use of the material.
