Briquetting
Alavesta Engineering has an extensive engineering base in briquetting and its own developments confirmed by patents, including a Eurasian one. The company develops technological solutions for producing composite briquettes from a variety of bulk materials — including fine fractions, waste and blends with different physical and mechanical properties.

Briquette development tailored to project requirements
We don't just press the material — we develop the product itself. Engineering work includes:
- shaping the briquette structure
- selection and dosing of binders
- calculation of density and strength
- determination of optimal geometry
- adaptation of the composition for downstream applications (metallurgy, power industry, etc.)
As a result, the customer receives a briquette with predictable characteristics — strength, transport durability, shape stability and the required performance properties.

Pressing technology and equipment
Based on the developed formulation and product requirements, we select and deploy the equipment. The solutions use industrial-grade roller presses with individual press-form (matrix) design for the required geometry. The company provides:
